Well, I wrote a base64 decoder a while back. Wasn't very fast, but it was
written at V3R2 and I was a bit limited in what I could do.
Unfortunately, I can't give it out publicly because I don't own the code.

On the other hand, there are many C examples on the 'net.  Why not grab
one of those and compile it on your iSeries?  The C compiler is included
in the same licpgm as the RPG compiler now, so if you have RPG, SEU, WDSc,
etc, you've also got the rights to use the C compiler.  Just make a srvpgm
out of it, then call it from RPG...
