The operand message is that the parm does not have OPTIONS(*NOPASS) so it is
a REQUIRED parameter, (the RPG messages were written by someone who never
used an AS/400, or at least doesn't remember anything they've done while
they were using it.)

I'm speaking strictly from memory, with no reference materials at hand,
but try losing the empty parentheses. After all, this isn't C or Java.
