You do know that if you're on v5r1 or later and have SEU then you do have
CODE and WDSc.  Or at least the License required to install them.  And IBM
was shipping the CDs by default, so they should be around somewhere.

So unless you're using dumb terminals you could be using CODE at least if
your PCs can't run WDSc.
