What does the size mismatch error say?

Here's an example of a crtdtaara command and rpg program that work ok:

D mydtaara        s              5p 2 dtaara                        
C                   in        mydtaara                              
C     mydtaara      dsply
C                   eval      *inlr = '1'

===> crtdtaara qtemp/mydtaara type(*dec) len(5 2) value(123.45)
