That would be:
RR=Block shift 1 char to the right                                       
    Shift the data that is defined by the boundary between and including 
    the two RR line commands one character position to the right.  If    
    there is any data in the last column, the record will only shift up  
    to the end of the data.

RRn=Block shift n chars to the right    
    Shift the data that is defined by the boundary between and including 
    the RRn and RR line commands n character positions to the right.  If 
    there is any data in the last n columns, the record will only shift
