Now the question is, does the licensing matter if you would look at that c
source code, use it as a 'template', and re-write the function into RPG IV?

When Bob originally posted the code, I just took a very quick look at it
and took it to be free format RPG IV. It wasn't until I took a longer
closer look at it did I realize it was c. How dare somebody post c code to
the RPG list.!.! ;-)
