In CL1, try something like:

  sndpgmmsg  msgid( CPF9898 ) msgf( QCPFMSG )  +
               topgmq( *SAME (MyRPGPgm) )       
                                                
     monmsg ( cpf2479 ) exec( do )              
        call CLMyRPGPgm                         
     enddo

The CLMyRPGPgm program is your CL2 that calls your RPG program, which is named 
MyRPGPgm in this example. MSGCPF2479 is "Call stack entry not found". Add code 
to fit your needs, choose a MsgId other than CPF9898 if you wish, and modify to 
suit an ILE environment if necessary (though activation groups might work for 
you).
