All:

I seem to recall from the dim past of my OPM RPG days that a programmer could look at the output or input buffer of a file in its raw state in debug by examining the variable ZZnnBOUT (output) or ZZnnBIN (input) (where 'nn' is the number of the file in the file list. Just tried the same trick in ILE RPG and the debugger tells me "Identifier does not exist".

Is it possible to look at the raw file buffers in ILE RPG?

Thanks

-Doc
