I have KEEP specified, but not USRRSTDSP, but from what I'm reading in the DDS 
referance that shouldn't apply.  It looks like USRRSTDSP has to do with what 
happens *after* the window is displayed, not before.

I always place DDS keywords KEEP and  USRRSTDSP in the record format, that 
defines the window.

Take a look at www.mcpressonline.com and search for an article by Ernie Malaga 
on windows, it was from September 1993, old but still actual. I recently 
supplied the URL for that (no wrong link this time). You have to register, but 
that is FREE.
