I think when most people recommend a named activation group, they mean the
SAME named activation group, like QILE or whatever.  That way, you get the
ILE benefits of not being in the *DFTACTGRP and yet not incur the overhead
of starting up a new activation group each time (which is what *NEW does by
default).
