Re: Validate user from PC system using AS/400 profile

On the AS/400, you can call QSYGETPH to check a userid & password.  Of
course, if you're looking to do it from a PC, you'd need to set up some
sort of communication between the PC and the AS/400 in order to call the
API.

There's a sample of using this API in a sockets program in my sockets
