'B' being deprecated -- RPG400-L

I think that the warning message about binary, 'B', fields being deprecated
and a suggestion to use I or U instead is an excellent idea!  Several shops
have people who are sluggish to change.  Many of these same people are a
bit anal about messages, especially unused fields.  If they are that
concerned about messages, maybe they'll start using the 'I'.
