Have a look at the code in my CRTCSVDTA utility on
http://www.dbg400.net/crtcsv.html Programs DBG200R4 & DBG201R4 both use
it. If you're just interested in the code you won't need to install
anything - just unzip the file and scan ALLSRCMBRS in your favorite text
editor for QUSLFLD.
