Well,  There used to be a CD, but hasn't been for years...  Keep in mind
that alot of times a handout without being there is fairly useless.

  I submit 2 alternatives:

 See if a local user group close to you has a technical conf.  Check
www.eserverusergroup.org for a ever growing listing of usergroups.

Also, punchup the Common Europe Conference and Expo page(don't have url
with me at moment). On the EuroCommon events grid page, you USED to be
able to click on a event and view/download the handout...something that
Common-Chicago doesn't chose to do....  and ALOT of the Euro events are
the same as the US ones...:)
