I already sent it once but it never made to RPG list.
here is the answer i think is correct.

take decimal number and convert it to Hex  you will get up 4 bytes, then
convert each byte to decimal, and it will be your decimal IP address.

Sorry, i forgot to explain. YOu have to convert decimal IP address to Hex.
Each byte will represent   'xxx' part of the ip address .

then you convert each byte to decimal again. (do = 208 , de = 222 , 96 =
150 , 06 = 6),

Just FYI, no solution

3504248331 is the value of the IP address in decimal.  An IP address is
actually just 4 bytes.  Your xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx value is just a way of
representing those bytes that we can understand.  Each byte separately
is converted to decimal.  I know in C++ there are subroutines to
convert to/from the byte value to the IP value we are familiar with.
Not sure what the API or C call is on the AS/400.
