Exactly what I wanted to say but I didn't know how to say it!  I want to
know how minds work that have been in the industry for awhile and see what I
can learn from them so I don't have to bother them in the future.  I have
also learned a lot on how to argue a point;-)

Not being either a genius or a savant, I find that discussing WHY something
works will teach me how to solve similar problems in the future.  It's how I
learn new things.  Getting the answer without the discussion simply makes me
more dependent on the experts.
