Thanks to all.

the replies pointed me in the right <write??)> direction.
The verbage ended up being...

<FORM ACTION="/CGIBIN/GBKCL.PGM" METHOD=POST>

and the rest was already taken care of in the WRKHTTPCFG.

Many thanks guys -  this is my first experience using this list, and I am
