Reddy,

  You need to save the current cursor position before the window is
displayed.
This would be your field in keyword SFLCSRRRN.

  If they use F12, restore the cursor position by setting the field defined
in SFLRCDNBR to the number you saved above.  

  This is how the screen specification may look:

A                                      SFLCSRRRN(&CURPOS) <-current position
< snip >
A            CURSPOS        4S 0H      SFLRCDNBR(CURSOR)  <- position to
field
A            CURPOS         5S 0H                         

  In RPG/IV:

- save after subfile control EXFMT:
C       eval    #SaveCursorP = CurPos

- restore after F12, before EXFMT:
C       eval      CursPos = #SaveCursorP
