So you've got a problem with users misusing interactive CPU time, right? *g*

Check out parameter CPUTIME of the class of your interactive subsystem. 
(Yes, you might get in trouble when you change class QINTER without some 
knowledge of "Work management". Maybe you want to divide up your users to 
CPU-time limited ones and unlimited ones... :-)

Maybe that's the easiest solution that doesn't eat as much CPU as your 
users....
