Yes, it surely is not always possible, or better, seldom, to force a 
program to correct processing via debug.

The best solution i can imagine would be the permanent lock of the wrong 
record(s) in the files by the DB engine until they're corrected - but that 
leads to other problems.

Seems as if the discussion will leave us with two different opinions.... :-)
