Unfortunately, /COPY with RPG and embedded SQL is not supported. It will
work in some cases, but not all - particularly when conditional copy is
used. For instance, the EOF directive causes the compiler to stop the
copy when you don't intend for it to. This all happens because of the
SQL precompiler.

There's the possibility that in the future IBM might provide /INCLUDE
(rather than /COPY) support for RPG with embedded SQL.
