Jon,
Three years ago I left one employer who refused to allow the use of RPGIV
and moved to one that wanted to get into it. I've recently completed a new
job search, and the interesting thing to me is that every prospective
employer I interviewed with demanded RPGIV skills and would like to have ILE
skills. So, it's changing. Just takes awhile.
