I'm not sure if this is what you meant, but the following command will
produce one record for each program it finds in the current library list.
Each record contains the name of the program and the library among other
things.

DSPOBJD OBJ(*LIBL/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*PGM) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)
OUTFILE(QTEMP/LISTOFPGMS)
