TIA:

1.    Code your CLP with DELAY WAIT(1800) with a label DELAY.
2.    Write the main program for the CLP.
3.    Use GOTO CMDLBL(DELAY, could be any name) before end of program.
4.    Submit job to a multi-threaded jobq so that other jobs can run from
the jobq.
5.    To end CLP, you must manually end it.
