Please advise when this becomes available.  Will this "redbook" be accompanied
by a cd-rom on the back cover which includes all the code?  (Where have I seen
this before? ;-) )

BTW, I'm confused.  "which would be available any day now if...", then later,
your last paragraph about IBM's involvement.  If IBM's involved, "available any
day now" would be an oxymoron, wouldn't it?  Exactly who's publishing this?
