Yes for %error, no for all the others.  Coding (e) is the only way to
get %error set on or off.  %error gets turned to '0' whenever an opcode
with (e) is run.  It gets turned to '1' if an opcode-specific error occurs
during that opcode.

All the other file-bifs are available without any special coding.
