I wrote a service program that handles this.  You send it an array of
the available F-keys with an array of switches that determines
if the F-key should be shown.  You also send it the number of available
lines (1,2, or ?) It then returns an array of the formatted F-key lines.
Pressing F24 rotates you thru the f-keys.  It also does Options with F23.
The program that does the actual displaying of the lines uses a subfile
to do it.

If need to change the text on a F-key on the fly, you would need to 
update the array and rebuild the formatted f-key lines.  This also
would apply if a f-key that was not shown is now available for showing.

that we do not clutter up this list.  One word though, it is still in
its testing phase (late testing phase).  I think I have all the bugs
working out though.
