Help! I have a 2 year old ICF program talking with, god only knows what is
on the other end. Lately I have been receiving transaction of 253 bytes
according to the communication trace. The normal ranges from 40 to 80
bytes. My program sits at a Data Queue which is attached to the ICF file.
It seems like I never receive the data queue entry, *ICFF. All
communications seem to stop at this point. Some of the line configuration
details are:
X25DCE = *NO
MAXFRAME = 1024
DFTPKTSIZE = 256 ??
MAXPKTZIZE = *DFTPKTSIZE
LINESPEED = 56000
LINKSPEED = 48000 ??
DFTWDWSIZE = 2

If any one out there know a lot about ICF communications, please pass on
some suggestions. My main question is, if the data is larger than the
packet, what happens to the overflow? The comm trace shows the 253 byte
packet followed by normal packets, but I do not receive the data queue entry
and therefore never read the ICF file.

By the way, the machines I am having the problem with are V3R7 and current
cums. I don't seem to have a problem with the V3R2 machine.
