Rob, it is true that dumb terminals have the "Hex" key that allows you to enter
hex values, however I seem to recall that you were restricted from entering a
hex value of less than x'40', which would exclude all the display attributes.

And, yeah, just why doesn't Client Access support a hex key (like it works on
the dumb terminals) anymore?  Talk about dumb!
