In book "Programming in RPG/400" by Judy Yaeger on page 259 in  figure
is:

                 REF(SECTIONS)
R   SUBSEC       SFL

Keyword REF is before line with "R" (record format name) - correct
action.
Please read IBM documentation about DDS (its good).
