Heh. Turns out Windows 7 has drive imaging built in. Create a system
repair disc and do an image backup. DR here we come.

I wouldn't set USB to first ... if you happen to leave a USB stick in the
computer, and it's infected with a virus, that will boot first.

Most modern BIOS's have the ability to select a boot device during POST.

I would suggest setting the hard drive to always boot first.

If you want to boot from a CD or USB, select it during POST.
