On the less is more side:
MySQL
SqLite
PostgreSQL

On the "I don't mind paying for it" side:
SqlServer
Oracle
DB2

On the "I already have it side":
iSeries DB2 UDB

I suppose any of them could be made to work, but I don't think you'll find
the "willy-nilly anyone can click here and make changes" interface you are
used to using.
