500 for IPSec; 1723 for PPTP.

AFAIK your comm will all flow over the VPN port.  The 3389 stuff will be
encapsulated & encrypted over the VPN tunnel and will become 3389 again
on 'the other side' at your office.

What TCP port does VPN use?

I allowed 3389 that Remote Desktop requires.
