Um, then why are you doing it? It doesn't have to have direct results,
but unless you're a non-profit (I doubt it) why would you do anything
that didn't make you money? 

Now, it's perfectly valid to call a web site a marketing expense, and as
such, it doesn't _directly_ make you money. However, companies only do
marketing because it drives sales, and sales drive profits, so in effect
marketing makes money.
