RE: laptop, KDS model Valiant 5350AS

http://www.kdsusa.com/index_v2.htm but they don't mention laptops ..
just monitors & a CD tower.
http://www.kdscanada.ca/ has a laptop warranty page.
http://www.kdscomputers.com/ should work but I get a "Can't find server"
error.

If you can isolate the problem, a Google search returned several places
that still sell parts for your model, including refurbed motherboards.

Anyway, does the screen fire up?  If not, can you connect an external
monitor and try that?  The LCD could be bad.  If you get something
displayed, see if you can get into the BIOS.

 laptop, KDS model Valiant 5350AS with Windows ME.

Does anyone here have any experience with this laptop?  I have one here
that does not boot.  The hardrive spins up, as does the CD drive if
there is a CD in the drawer.  Beyond that, nothing happens.  

I can not even find a web page for Korea Data Systems.
