I decided to try Outlook 2000 as a PIM because I'm not entirely
satisfied with some things in the one I've been using (Time & Chaos) and
I can't find the answer on something that I think should be trivial.
I've installed every update MS has available.

I set up a recurring task for every weekday. I can then look at the
calendar for any weekday and there it is. The problem is when I mark it
completed, Outlook immediately puts another identical task in for the
same day. I don't want another one today, I already did it today! It
doesn't matter what recurring settings I try, it always happens. How do
I stop this? It must be something obvious.
