I was playing around with Python FastAPI this weekend and created a little standalone MOCK CSV and JSON REST API sample server app.
This is a nice way to be able to test your RPG and other language processes with locked up CSV or JSON data.
Just upload a CSV or JSON file to the mock data directory and start serving or querying your sample data.
I will be using this with a lot of low code demos where customers provide me Excel and CSV data examples.
Feel free to clone the project to your IBMi and use it or modify it for testing or just to learn more about how nice and easy it is to create REST APIs with FastAPI for testing.
The code should work on IBMi, Windows, Linux or Mac.
