RESOLVED

Thanks to Gary Kaplan and his cohorts, we now have a support contract with
I/O International. They provided me with a working code.

Many thanks to all the others who replied here and privately with offers to
help.

Thanks Gary. I may just do that a little later. My support guy emailed
me
that he contacted io international and they are supposed to be contacting
me.

I'll be out on an errand for a couple hours.

My company supports DMAS. We actually have a few of the original
Software Solutions employees working for us. If you email support @
iointernational.com someone here can get in touch with you. Or reach
out to me directly if you would like.

We switched IBM i machines in the cloud, meaning a new S/N. So all 3rd
party software needs new keys.

I got valid keys for everything except for DMAS Inventory Management
(green
screen). The guy who we pay for support of this is, for some reason,
having a devil of a time getting valid codes. We worked many hours
yesterday. Access will expire in 7 days and we rely HEAVILY on this.
Well
embedded and highly customized.

Does anyone know of anyone that does this support? They can reply on
list
or in private.

Thanks.
