Re: New Open Source Project-User Queues

My decision to put on SourceForge was deliberate. My assumption is that
most IBM i programmers would not know how to use Github and it would not
get downloaded. With Sourceforge you just click on the zip file and you
have it but that being said I would be very happy to host my open source
tools on GitHub and I notice that Sourceforge has a way to link a
Sourceforge project with a Github project. I would appreciate any help you
could give me on doing that Richard.

Just a curiosity question: Have you thought about hosting this on GitHub
?

If you need help setting it up there I would be happy to provide guidance
and I'm sure others would as well.

I am pleased to announce a new open source project I call User Queues.

This project provides a set of tools to Create User Queues, Send and
Receive Messages from them and to display counts of messages in a given
User Queue.

User Queues are like Data Queues expect they are faster (Approx 30%) and
easier to use (In my opinion). Depending on how the Data Queue is used

they

can be much much faster. Please see the read_me for more information.
