CVTRPGSRC?

To at least convert to RPG IV.

The cases where it can't work are damm few. I've never actually hit one in
the 27 years I've been using it.

As far as the v5r2...I'd run away unless my first job if highered was to
get them on a supported version.

Today in an interview I was asked what would be the major concerns about an
upgrade going from V5R2 to V7R5. I pointed out that V5R2 went out of
support in April 30 2007. So I asked the interviewer if they really had a
platform still running a release level that had been out of support for
nearly SIXTEEN years? And had the hardware had any issues????

Another question is how would a RPGIII program be updated when it was not
possible to just convert to /FREE. I pointed out that according to the GODS
at IBM Rochester that any compiled program from I guess any compiled
RPGII program should be able to run on the current release level.
