I’m seeing a 403 failure on the call to :
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/sites/default/files/inline-files/xmldoc.xml

I’ve tried it on multiple systems and seem to be getting the same thing. Is IBM having issues or do I need to look further?

For reference here is the sql I’m using (straight from the examples)

With iLevel(iVersion, iRelease) AS
(
select OS_VERSION, OS_RELEASE from sysibmadm.env_sys_info
)
SELECT P.*
FROM iLevel, systools.group_ptf_currency P
WHERE ptf_group_release =
'R' CONCAT iVersion CONCAT iRelease concat '0'
ORDER BY ptf_group_level_available -
ptf_group_level_installed DESC;

We are at V7R4, with reasonably recent groups.
