It might, if I could only access Navigator for i: NAV_300040: User ptb80217 has been restricted through function usage ID QIBM_NAV_ALL_FUNCTION.

I found https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-navigator-i-function-usage-ids and I'm wondering whether any of the other Function Usage IDs would grant me access to this particular function.

They run a pretty tight ship around here, so I might have to get several management levels of approvals before they'd greenlight any access to Nav.
