This is true. Those 3 past webinars are still grayed out.
However, I did provide the alternative which is these 2 links which contain all of the Guided Tour playbacks
and PDF handouts.

I can select the "all upcoming webinars" box.
I can register myself or someone else if I wanted to.

As for replays, they all work. The PDF's for 2023 are listed as well.
The PDF for yesterday's webinar isn't there yet but the webinar replay is.

I don't know what else to say except it all looks as typically normal
as it gets.
