in SST/DST set the mode the hosted partition should use. I'm not at a
system where I can get the options at the moment but they are
fairly obvious.

I have change the NWSD to online at IPL *NO and power control *YES. I
added a SBMJOB to QSTRUP for a program that does a DLYJOB 600 and then
varies on the NWSD.

Seems to be working fine.
