Greg,

Went through their demo. Just signed an NDA and going to send them some altered data from 4 MQTs that we have related to our most complex report.
Want to see how they can replicate in their system.

They gave me some overall costs, and licensing is based on database connection. More systems you connect to, the more the cost.
Not based on users. Which I liked.

Sounds like you've gotten same response I and others have as for Tibco.

Ken

I watched the video on m-power. Looks really nice... have you tried it out? Do you have any idea on the cost?
This looks similar to CNX Valence.

I reached out to Tibco about continuing a relationship with them... this was the response:
"We are currently working on various options to onboard IBM clients and resellers. It may take us a few more weeks to come up with a plan."

Sure would be nice to know what they're planning before we jump to another software.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Anyone using the m-Power reporting and tool set?

As we continue our search to migrate away from DB2 Webquery have come across a few different systems. I was curious if anyone has used the m-Power reporting and toolset from MRC? One thing that I liked was that it isn't just a reporting tool and was wondering about getting a bit more bang for my buck with this system.

Thanks,
Ken Meade
