Subject: Make this SQL statement work with a variable name for PATH

When I use this statement with harcoded '/tmp' instead of :Directory it
works. But if I set directory = '/tmp', I don't get any results.

insert into QTEMP.IFSMON
SELECT CAST(PATH_NAME AS
VARCHAR(500)) AS PATH_NAME, OBJECT_TYPE,CREATE_TIMESTAMP FROM
TABLE(QSYS2.IFS_OBJECT_STATISTICS(:directory ,'YES'))

I realize that these functions can behave differently but I have no idea
how.

Thanks, Art
