Sorry.. I replied to the wrong thread:

I think I had to go into the HTTP server config for the ADMIN servers and specify the ports to listen to.
(this was back on v7r3 in 2021)

IBM helped me to use different ports. We don't allow HTTP traffic to any admin server.

I followed the instructions on
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/enabling-tls-ibm-navigator-i for setting up new Navigator for TLS.
All seems to be good.
But nothing starts up on port 2003, just http on port 2002.
Any tips? Thanks!
