I doubt that Jim will answer that as it is purely argumentative.
However, this may be a better example. If you have a life insurance policy
on your spouse which expires 2023-12-31 and your spouse expired on
2023-12-30 (a Saturday). How long do you have to report that and collect
the life insurance? Keeping in mind weekend, holiday, and time to grieve.
I think it's best if you try to address this with your best smile and good
behavior. Because if you want to go lawyer to lawyer IBM has a team of
blood thirsty savages that will bankrupt you with legal fees.
