Well, the celebration was a bit premature

the Exit PGM is in place (according to WRKREGF) but the Exit PGM does not
"fire" when compiling an SQLRPGLE source.

Omitting the space between CRTSQLRPGI and QSQL and padding the length
to 20 did the trick
