Power supply probably died.

We have a little-used "fat" 170 ("MARS"). It was a "swing" machine,
little used for much of anything on a permanent basis, rarely powered up
other than for a weekly "exercise" power-up, but very useful for
short-term projects (among other things, when our 40S crapped out a few
years ago, it was the "host" for the "brain transplant" that allowed me
to recover the contents of the 40S.

We had a power outage in the office (based on a line-powered analog
clock purchased for the specific purpose of monitoring power outage
durations, it lasted slightly under an hour), late last night. I *think*
"MARS" was still showing an LCD light yesterday.

Today, I happened to notice that the LCD light was out. I tried
unplugging both sides and plugging them back in, going into a different
wall socket. More than once.

At one point, the power-on light, the warning light, and the first
activity light to come on, but the LCD was still dark, and the system
was completely silent. Everything is currently dark.

Any idea what happened?
